For race organisers

Bield works alongside your registration platform.

Keep EntryCentral, SiEntries, Race Nation, Eventrac, Let’s Do This, or your own website exactly as they are. Bield adds race-support tools on top — it’s not a replacement for how you sell entries.

How it works

  1. You keep your registration platform

Entries, payments, and waitlists stay exactly where they are. Bield does not replace or duplicate your entry system.

  2. Add your race to Bield

Create a race page in about five minutes — name, date, distance, GPX, and an optional link back to your entry form. Bield publishes it in the race catalogue so the running community can discover it.

  3. Runners and support staff find you on Bield

Runners follow your race, mark interest in pacing or crewing slots, and receive your briefing pack. Marshals express interest in specific posts. You see everyone’s trust score and race CV before confirming a slot.

  4. Race day runs on Bield

Live GPS, checkpoint tracking, multi-language help cards for international runners, and a post-race recap — all without changing anything about how you sell entries.

What Bield adds for your runners and support team

  • Pacer, crew, and marshal matching — verified trust scores + race CVs
  • Per-race briefing pack and route sharing (GPX, elevation profile)
  • Multi-language help cards for international fields (43 languages)
  • Live GPS tracking and checkpoint reporting on race day
  • Post-race recap and finisher certificates
  • Your existing registration link shown prominently to Bield users

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to move my race entries to Bield?
No. Bield is a race-support layer, not a registration replacement. You keep EntryCentral, SiEntries, Race Nation, Let’s Do This, Eventrac, or your own website exactly as they are. Bield adds pacer matching, crew coordination, marshal logistics, help cards, and post-race recap on top of your existing entry flow.
How do my entrants know about Bield?
Once your race is live on Bield, you get a shareable link and a short snippet for your confirmation email or race briefing doc. Runners sign up for Bield independently — there’s no synchronisation of your entry list required. You can also invite specific pacers, crew, or marshals by name from the organiser dashboard.
What if I don't use a registration platform — I take entries by email / spreadsheet?
That works too. Bield doesn’t need to know how many entries you have sold or who has paid. The platform is about race-day operations: finding and briefing support roles, sharing GPX routes, and giving runners real-time logistics. You manage entries however you always have.
Can Bield show a link-out to my entry page?
Yes. When you create or edit a race on Bield you can add your external registration URL. Bield surfaces that link prominently on the race page so runners who discover your race through Bield can go straight to your entry form.
Will my entry data (names, times, payments) be visible to Bield?
No. Bield never touches your entry database, payment records, or personal data held by your registration platform. The only information Bield holds is what you or your runners explicitly provide through the Bield app.
What do I need to set up?
Apply for organiser access, create your race (takes about five minutes), and share the race link with your community. Bield handles the rest — matching interested pacers and crew, collecting marshal expressions of interest, and giving all support-role volunteers access to the race briefing pack and GPX routes.
